Items included under NEW ARRIVALSare the ones that can be shipped immediately and will take less time. If you are located in USA it will take around 3-7 days. If you are located in Puerto Rico it will take approximately 2-4 days.
Items under the other Collections typically take 2-6 weeks depending on how fast Customs in your countries processes the package. To achieve our goal of providing affordable products, we have partnered with overseas manufacturers and fulfill your orders straight from the factory. This enables us to cut out retail costs and get you the products you need at the lowest possible price. As our items are stored in several warehouses your order may be shipped in separate packages.
Once you have placed an order, the information goes to the shipping department which takes 2-3 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent loses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

Our handling time takes 2-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period. When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE / UK customers, please ensure to provide your PO Box or ZIP Code (whichever is available) so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mail box or door step.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is customer responsibility to track down their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don´t panic if you don´t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way.
Throughout the process we send 3-4- emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you don't receive any of them, most probably you entered the wrong email address.
